Project Overview:

Our team developed a cutting-edge belt for security forces, equipped with a geopositioning system and a surveillance camera. This innovative solution falls under the categories of Security Technology, Wearable Technology, IoT, Geospatial Technology, Mobile Application Development, and Data Analytics and Visualization. The belt allows security personnel to wear it, while a companion mobile app is provided to the head of the core. Additionally, a main system at the headquarters enables the tracking of personnel movement and facilitates surveillance activities.

The belt, embedded with a geopositioning system and camera, enables security personnel to be accurately tracked and provides valuable surveillance footage. The mobile app, developed natively for both Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift), empowers the head of the core to monitor and analyze the movement of personnel in real-time.

The project involved utilizing microcontrollers, geopositioning modules, camera modules, and communication modules to develop the hardware components. The software development included native app development for Android and iOS, incorporating Kotlin and Swift respectively. Python frameworks were utilized for backend development, integrating with other systems and providing data analytics and visualization capabilities.
